Orders are shipped within two working days, and will be shipped by UPS.
For normal ground shipping (about 5 working days) add $4.50 for shipping and handling.
For 2nd day air shipping add $7.00 for shipping and handling.
For Next Day Air shipping add $11.00 for shipping and handling.
